Mark has helped agencies secure more than $1.5B in Federal funding, and specializes in efficiently navigating projects through the FTA process. He has served in a key role for several transit system planning efforts, including plans which required voter approval. Mark’s diverse experience helps clients solve their transportation needs. Mark currently serves as Co-Chair of APTA’s Transit Oriented Communities Subcommittee, as well as serving on the Rail~Volution National Steering Committee and Board of Directors.
