It can take many partners, a lot of coordination and a series of small miracles to turn a transit system vision into reality. In the case of Transit-Oriented Development (TOD), laying the groundwork for developments that won’t be brick and mortar for 10 years or more requires partnerships between the transit agency, community, city, developers and others.
