Tranell Guthrie

Tranell Guthrie is an experienced transportation planner, public administrator, and educator with over 25 years of experience across government, private sectors, and higher education. She has a strong background in community outreach, planning, and youth engagement, with a focus on working with diverse communities and institutions. Her expertise includes strategic planning, benchmarking, and designing programs that support workforce development and community capacity building. As the project manager, Tranell was responsible for developing and implementing the Red Line High School Internship Program from 2009-2015 and played a key role in relaunching the program in 2024.
