Steve Crosley
Transit Integration Program Manager, King County Metro Transit
Seattle, WA
Steve manages the Transit Integration Program at King County Metro (Metro), which includes the Sound Transit Integration and Transit Hubs customer-facing capital programs. He and his team are helping to deliver an integrated and seamless regional transit network together with Sound Transit through the design and construction of bus-rail transfer passenger facilities and off-street layover with zero emissions opportunity charging infrastructure at Sound Transit’s LRT, BRT, and Commuter Rail system expansion stations. The current capital partnership with Sound Transit was initiated via a 2018 Transit Integration Agreement and Metro’s 10-year Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) now includes over $100M in partnership projects that Sound Transit is building for Metro in a faster, more cost-effective, and less staff resource intensive way than being designed and delivered by Metro alone. Steve is in his 7th year at Metro and spent over 11 years as a transportation consultant prior to joining the agency. He is a 2006 alumnus of the UCLA Urban Planning master’s program.
