Ryan Kelley

Ryan manages the County’s Transit-Oriented Development program and several place-based initiatives. He’s worked in local government and regional government with experience including development review, bike and pedestrian planning, station area planning and the development of a form-based code to managing funding programs for TOD and affordable housing. He believes in the power of design to create places people love. Possibilities and innovation are his planning tenets. Ryan received his Master of Urban and Regional Planning from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs with concentrations in Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, and Environmental Planning in 2012.
