Peter Barnard is the Planner Supervisor and Upper North District Planner for the Policy and Analysis Team at the Philadelphia City Planning Commission. He leads a team of planners working on the City’s Capital Program and Budget and a wide array of policy and planning issues. He also serves as a community planner for an area of the city with nearly 150,000 people. Prior to his current role, he spent three years serving the City as the Community Health Planner, working with both the Department of Planning and Development as well as the Department of Public Health to address chronic health issues faced by the city’s residents through planning.
