Nzinga Bryant

Nzinga Bryant brings extensive operations experience, having spent more than seventeen years with the Union Station Redevelopment Corporation (USRC), the non-profit organization tasked with oversight of Washington DC’s Union Station.  Nzinga served as the COO of the organization.  She was responsible for many of the core aspects of the Corporation including procurement, operations, project management and most significantly, she served as the Finance Director of the organization during her entire tenure and was Treasurer for the final two years. Nzinga is now a Senior Vice President in the Advisory Services group of WSP, where she works with public and private sector clients in all phases of infrastructure projects across sectors with a focus on strategy, policy, planning, and economics.  She is able to draw on her experience at USRC to manage competing interests and understand the intersection of these components to effectively oversee a diverse portfolio. When she assesses an issue she takes a holistic approach, taking a step back to ensure there is a clear framework that works to advance the overall goals as outlined by the public or private agency. By developing and following internal controls, guidelines, policies, and procedures she has been successful in delivering positive and beneficial outcomes.
