I currently serve as the Project Manager for Transit+Streets at LivableStreets Alliance. My educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the National College of Arts, Lahore, Pakistan, and a Master’s degree in Design and Urban Ecologies from Parsons School of Design, New York City. Over the past decade, I’ve gained diverse professional experience, initially working as an Architect in Pakistan for two years before transitioning to a role as an Urban Planner in New York City for four years. In my current capacity, I advocate for transit initiatives in the Boston Metro Area, with a focus on community planning. My role encompasses various aspects of transit outreach within collaborative and intersectional projects at LivableStreets. I have been involved in multiple projects, including the Blue Hill Avenue Bus Ride Survey for the Blue Hill Avenue Action Plan and the ongoing Southwest Corridor Action Plan, MBTA Diversion Support work, and Columbia Rd Action Plan.
