Lyneisha Jackson

Lyneisha Jackson, AICP, is a Military Community Planner with HDR Inc., bringing twelve years of diverse planning experience to her role. Her career began in transportation planning through the Baltimore Red Line Internship Program, where she worked as a College Assistant. She then transitioned into disaster recovery and community planning, collaborating with communities across Louisiana. Lyneisha joined HDR in 2024 and holds a Master of Community Planning from the University of Maryland, College Park. Additionally, she serves as Vice President of the American Planning Association Louisiana Chapter.
