Kim Washington

Kimberly is a proud graduate of Temple University’s Fox School of Business & Management where she obtained her bachelor’s in business administration with a focus in Finance and Real Estate. She also attended Temple University’s Beasley School of Law where she obtained her Juris Doctorate degree. For over 13 years, Kimberly has worked in the Frankford community where started her professional career as a community organizer for CORA Services. Afterwards, she transitioned into her current role as the Executive Director of the Frankford CDC. Frankford CDC is focused on providing residents with affordable housing resources, employment, and entrepreneurial opportunities. The Frankford CDC also spearheads local neighborhood planning and zoning for the Frankford neighborhood.
