Kevin Moran

Kevin Moran is the Executive Director of the Urban Land Institute’s Philadelphia District Council. ULI is a global membership and educational institute dedicated to the responsible use of land with a mission to shape the future of the built environment for transformative impact worldwide. The Philadelphia District represents roughly 900 members across real estate and land use disciplines and includes the Philadelphia metro area as well as Central PA, the Lehigh Valley, Delaware, and Southern New Jersey. Prior to ULI, Kevin served as the Executive Director of Philadelphia’s newest business improvement district at the time in Northern Liberties, where he developed the organizational framework and foundational services for the special assessment area. Kevin has an extensive background in nonprofit management and economic development that includes facilitating over millions of dollars in public space improvements, affordable housing, and commercial corridor investments throughout the Philadelphia region. Kevin received his master’s degree in Strategic Communication from Villanova University, and also teaches in the Planning and Community Development Program at Temple University.
