Katie Hearn

As Redgate’s Senior Vice President, Katie Hearn has over 25 years of hands-on experience in the commercial real estate sector, focusing on acquisition, master planning, development, and leasing. Katie has served as Redgate’s project executive on several key transit-oriented developments across the East Coast. She has worked closely with the North Carolina Railroad Company on several projects including their Raleigh depot, Crossroads Trade Center, and Uptown Charlotte transit-oriented site near the LYNX light rail. Katie also served on NJ TRANSIT’s development advisory team for the Hoboken Terminal and Yards Redevelopment. She has also led a transaction team in the historic redevelopment and sale of a project with American Tobacco in Durham, North Carolina. Katie oversees many of Redgate’s leading projects with strong expertise in the higher education space as well, and has worked with the University of Maryland, the City of College Park, Maryland, Johns Hopkins University, and CrossHarbor Capital Partners.
