Jordan Riesenberg has served as an economist at the U.S. Department of Transportation within the Office of the Secretary of Transportation since November 2016. His policy focus areas cover a variety of modes, including transit, passenger rail, and highways, as well as the linkages among transportation, housing, and land use. He also leads the development of key departmental guidance documents, including DOT’s Benefit-Cost Analysis for Discretionary Grant Programs.
