Jennifer Dougherty

Jennifer Dougherty, AICP works in the Strategic Planning & Analysis Department at the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) as the Manager of Long Range Planning. At SEPTA, Jennifer has worked on various large planning efforts including the Cycle Transit Plan, Trolley Modernization, and the Comprehensive Bus Network Redesign. She is currently focusing on SEPTA’s Transit Supportive Community Development initiative. Prior to joining SEPTA in 2013, Jen worked at the Philadelphia City Planning Commission as a community planner specializing in civic engagement and comprehensive planning. She is also the Chair of Feet First Philly, Philadelphia’s pedestrian advocacy group.
