Jeannette Brugger

Jeannette Brugger, AICP, is a Bicycle & Pedestrian Coordinator at the City of Philadelphia Office of Transportation & Infrastructure, Office of Multimodal Planning. Jeannette has more than 18 years of experience in City government, non-profit, and private sector transportation planning. She works with public agency partners and community stakeholders to plan the expansion of the Philadelphia bicycle network and strategize design of individual high quality bike network corridors. She holds a degree in Urban Design Studies from New York University and a Masters in City Planning from the University of Pennsylvania.
