Ms. Harris serves as Chief Operating Officer & Counsel for Greystone Management Solutions, is a licensed attorney and real estate broker, and oversees and guides GreystoneÕs project teams in the delivery of innovative real estate solutions.Ê She has extensive experience advising clients on their procurement processes, retail strategies and asset management best practices. She manages the drafting of public solicitation documents (RFP, RFEI, RFQ, etc.) and associated transaction documents for both public and private clients, and as a licensed New York State Broker, she has developed land and retail BrokerÕs Opinion of Values for GreystoneÕs public clients.
