Francis Grass

Francis Grass is a member of the Board of the Public Transport Local Authority of the Toulouse Metropolitan Area (Tisseo). A former student of the Ecole Polytechnique France and ENSTA Paris Tech, he began his career at the SNCF (French Railway Company) in which he held railway operating functions. He joined the Danone group in 1983, as Organization Director. In 1988, he became Managing Director of the SEMVAT (Public Transport operating company) in Toulouse. He led the launching of the 1^St automatic metro line in 1993. He joined the Veolia Transport group in 2002. He began as Director of the Atlantic region and became successively Director of the Ile-de-France region and Chief Exécutive Officer for France in 2008, with 35,000 employees and 2 billion Euros revenue.
