Emily Laflamme

Emily Laflamme (she/her) joined the Center for Neighborhood Technology in 2022, where she partners with communities to use data and stories to dismantle structural inequities. Her work focuses on making a public health argument for environmental justice, affordable housing, accessible transit and equitable community development. For the past year and a half, she has served as the program manager of the Elevated Works Technical Assistance Program, a collaborative of 17 technical assistance partners formed to address the needs of Equitable Transit Oriented Development projects that extend beyond funding and dismantle the underlying systemic barriers to ETOD throughout the city.
