Elisa currently serves as the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Parametrix. As an Attorney and an Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Advisor for over 15 years, Elisa has represented and consulted in the non-profit, private and public sectors. ElisaÕs diverse background, legal training, private and public experience and ability to meet goals are strategic assets which give her the ability to formulate successful solutions related to business and program diversity, anti-discrimination frameworks and supplier diversity initiatives.Ê Elisa uses her legal background to strategically advise, consult and partner with executive leaders.
