Anthony is currently working on SEPTA’s Trolley Modernization Program as Planning Project Manager. He possesses extensive experience in the transit industry having worked both in the public and private sector. Past roles include a planner at WSP, senior planner at Cambridge Systematics, and Community Planner at FTA. Anthony gained his Masters in City Planning from the University of Pennsylvania.
