Andrea Gaus

Andrea is a Director of Development for Infrastructure Ontario�s Transit Oriented Communities Program. As a licensed architect with a passion for unlocking development potential at complex urban sites and at transit station areas, Andrea leverages her expertise to work closely with developers, transit authorities, and inter-governmental agencies to deliver vibrant and innovative mixed-use communities across the Greater Toronto Area. Prior to joining Infrastructure Ontario, Andrea worked at award-winning design firms and served in an executive management capacity with the Technical Advisory team for the Ontario Line, overseeing the designs for�TOCs along the new 15-stop subway now under construction in Toronto.
